Edge 1st Fitness is the CENTRAL COAST'S premiere personal training and small group fitness studio. Located in Erina we offer a wide range of classes, from pilates to kickboxing, kettlebells to full body weight training. We do Cross fit better than Cross fit. Come and check us out. We cater for all levels of fitness, from newbie to seasoned and strong and every one in between. We also teach and train Thai Boxing, Arnis and Junior self defence as well as women's self defence groups.
