We are closed for group classes until Monday 23^rd March 2009 so that we can focus on the preparation and completion of our new studio at Erina.  We know that your training is a really important part of your daily life and encourage you to keep active this week.

We will re-open from our new premises located at 1/22 Barralong Road, Erina with the class timetable remaining the same for now.  There will be exciting changes to the timetable in the next few weeks with lots more great classes, but we'll keep you posted on those changes.

Also, don't forget we are having a MASSIVE open day on Saturday 4^th April so tell EVERYONE you know!!!
