self defence course

It has been brought to my attention that perhaps the title of our
cutting edge self defence course has lead some people to disregard the
last email.
So I have quickly thrown this one together to answer the common
questions that I have been asked recently.

Q1. What is the primary outcome for the course.
A1. The primary outcome is to teach people basic self defence skills
as well as educate them in practical boundary setting, situational
awareness ( how people make themselves victims of attack)
legal ramifications of self defence, intuition training and several
other usually uncovered aspects of self defence.

Q2. Will this course taech me how to stand and fight?
A2. Definately not. We will teach you that the best defence is not
being in trouble in the first place. If you can't avoid the trouble,
we ill show you ways of getting that spilt second to create the
distance.

Q3. Has this course been tested?
A3. This course has been created by people who have spent a lifetime
training, living and working in environments that call for high levels
of awareness and skill in self defence and conflict resolution.
The course has been used by companies and individuals to train and
develop confidence and safety in workers, families and in situations
where slef awareness and safety is of paramount importance.

Q4. Who will benefit from doing this course?
A4. Any one who would like more confidence, commuters, sales people,
teenagers, everyone. In fact one the most common comments we get is
that this course should be taught in schools.

Q5. What is the full cost of the course?
Q6. The full cost of the course is $195.00. This includes a full
manual and work book and snacks on the day.

Q7. What date and how long does the course run.
A7. The course runs for 2, 5 hour days over a saturday and sunday and
the next course is being run on May 30/31

I hope that answers your questions, if not feel free to email or ring
