New MMA Class

Hi There,

I just wanted let you know about an exciting new Class that is starting Next Saturday 17th Oct.

Steve Cook (Cookie) is a well respected and highly experienced MMA fighter, having fought and beaten some well known fighters like Billy Blanks.

He is a 2nd Dan Japanese Ju Jitsu exponent and is well versed in ground and pound techniques as well as submission wrestling.

For those of you who came to the TUFA event at The Entrance leagues club, you witnessed him beat Leo Diaz in what was awarded fight of the night.

As well as being a great fighter, Cookie is a nice guy who loves being around people and he will teach you a lot.

Why not come and have a go.

Saturday 17th 10.30am then every Saturday after that.
