Kids Program For The Holidays (take 2)

It's Daran again,

I have been asked to put together a program to keep the kids busy over the school holidays.

So here it is...Edge 1st Fitness Fun Camp

The idea was to make it a program that has self defence, anti bullying and stranger awareness whilst keeping it fun.

I think we did that!

Spiderman will even be making an appearance and we are just about to confirm a jumping castle for one of the days.

This is your chance to get the kids active and get some time out for yourself.
