Christmas Party

Saturday December 19th, we will be having our Christmas party and the conclusion to our 100 push up challenge.
There will be no normal classes that day and the day will kick off at 10am.
We will have a junior martial arts display, some nibblies and of course the push up challenge.
Come along have some fun and bring a friend.
Everyone who brings a friend will recieve one free personal training session to use in the new year and their friend will receive 14 days free membership.
