100 push ups challenge

Hi There,

Ever wondered what it would be like to be able to do 100 push ups consecutively.

I have!!!

So I am lauching the 100 push ups in 7 weeks challenge.

I Have all the training programs ready to go, all I need is 15 people who are ready to take the challenge with me.

All you have to is commit to 3 weekly training sessions, which will take between 8-20 minutes.

The cost is just $29.00 for the whole program, from start to finish, with an initial assessment, the workouts, a final assessment and a certificate at the end.

You will get access to our blogsite to keep track of your progress and I guarantee you will see DRAMATIC CHANGE in your body.

Any one can do this, regardless of age, or gender.

So what are you waiting for.

Reply now and make a commitment to be the strongest and fittest you have been.

Imagine what doing 100 push ups will feel like.

Imagine what your body will look like.

Go on, what have you got to lose.

Daran
